Hovering a banned champion in champion select

TLDR: Champ select bugged, can hover champ that is banned if clicked quickly enough after they are banned

In champion select for ranked solo, I was rushed for a ban since 2 of my normal bans were banned on my own team, I hovered corki and selected "ban", I then clicked on corkis icon again in like 0.3 seconds after I banned him (dont ask me why idk) and it came up with me hovering a banned champion that I banned myself. When I actually got to pick I couldn't switch to any other champion and the pop-up "an error as occurred selection your champion" or "an error has occurred" came up, I forgot which one it was. If you read the chat my team couldn't see that I was hovering corki so I assume it's a visual bug. It forced me to dodge and I lost 3 lp.
