leblanc abilities bug

i was playing a ranked game and my dash did not allow me to reactivate during a 1v1 early on, this annoyed me but i figured it wouldnt happen again. i soon realized that i could not reactivate w at all and that when i cast a mimicked version of the dash it would instantly reactivate. i had to restart my client completely, but when i came back in the dash was working again. during this time i did not experience any ping spikes or lag
