Hi Summoners! I had a bug not too lately in one of my games, that a Xin Zhao killed me in like 50 hp without even touching me. No, im not retarded, I really dont had any DoT effects on me(it was at lvl 4 and top lane), and Xin dont have DoT naturally. But I watched Shaclone's video and I saw that bug wasnt just with me. U can see that He died, without being even touched by xin. And, no stats for deaths. Interesting. I hope Rito can find it out.
Only explanation I have is that it was because of Xin baron buff. Baron buffed minions hit him, viktor dished out his combo out but server probably registered minion aa to late and gave credit to wrong person.
As for lvl4 death, did you check for any packet loss?
I have seen this bug on reddit before and I think the comment I linked has the best theory on the subject from that thread. The theory is possible in this case because if we look at the minimap we can see 
next to the tower and a bit later we can see that he has a Sated Devourer at 2:39 when the scoreboard gets opened.
Actually now I think about it, it should be relatively easy to test that comments theory. Stand next to a tower, let an enemy( ? (not sure if the champion is relevant)) with Sated Devourer attack the tower and look if you receive damage from the phantom hit. Maybe let yourself be the last enemy that was attacked by the champion with the Sated Devourer (could be relevant).
I'll see if I have time today to test this, feel free to test the theory yourself.
