@riot pls fix riven wall jump on enemies

Basically when Riven wall jumps while my cursor is on the enemy she doesn't complete the wall jump even if i'm in a perfect position to do it. Although, I'm a riven main so I'm used to getting around this by not having my cursor on them while I jump it'll still be nice to fix this.
