[Gameplay] Arclight Vel'Koz W (Void Rift) bug

Just played a game as thresh where the enemy vel'koz W (Void rift) activated a "hit" when I threw my death sentence at him. This ended the hook animation with the hook not hitting minion or champion and setting my hook on a reduced cool down. I was able to replicate 2 times within the game but certain conditions must be met. Unable to replicate in game due to lack of friends with the Arclight skin for vel'koz.

1. Hook must be thrown at the same time that void rift is being deployed
2. Hook must be thrown in the "front" or where the void rift will land hitbox
3. You should now hear the hook "land" on the void rift and now should set the hook on cooldown
