LUX E WAS ON PERMANENT CD IN GAME

I played a ranked game, and in the middle of a TF my E beacme unusable, was on PERMANENT COOLDOWN. I lost the game. ty riot for making me raging on daily bases.I require compensation , im sick off losing because of bugs and troubleshooting.
