[Gameplay] Invisible Mundo Cleavers

I just finished a ranked game that was a lost and it was influenced because the enemy's Mundo threw invisible cleavers. No one on my team could see them so his ganks were just free. He would run into lane and because we couldn't see his cleavers we couldn't sidestep so it was just a free gank for Mundo allowing him to snowball his lanes. We were probably going to lose the game anyway but that bug caused significant displeasure and made it difficult to lane considering Mundo's Q's couldn't be dodged when he was ganking as we couldn't see them to dodge.
