Bugsplat after EVERY SINGLE ******* GAME
Wow I really enjoy getting a bugsplat after every game. It's really cool and I like how there is a fix.

Repair your client, update your drivers. Not many other people face this issue, it's on your end.
I really enjoy how you provided details on your computer so that Riot could promptly duplicate and fix this very uncommon bug.
I am getting this same exact issue, I can vouch that it's not just this guys computer. All of my plugins are up to date, and it says to try disabling your firewall. I have literally gotten this every game I've played today. Sometimes running as admin works, but as of right now, I cannot get back in.
