iBlitzcrank mana barrier effect and sound effect always active

iBlitzcrank mana barrier passive visual effect (glowly blue techy looking bubble) and sound effect(electric humming noise) do not de-activate properly when you die with the effect up (I think that is what causes it). If I notice it again I will post a video of it but it is noticeable by other players on my team and I assume the enemy team.
