This message has been popping up randomly the past few days and has resulted in me being suspended and losing LP in ranked. Right now I am on a 5 match queue suspension for AFK. It has happened to a few of my friends also and I have no idea how to fix it.

I am having this issue right now. Sent in a support ticket. Happened to me yesterday, and it's irritating as hell. Glad to see it's not just me. :/
