MY LEAGUE PATCHER IS BLANK WITH NO RESPONSE!!!

Yesterday night, league was working fine. I wake up this morning to open it, and it was blank. There is no "launch" button. There are no pictures. The whole launcher is blank. The only thing that I am able to click on is the minimize and exit buttons. Even the "League of Legends" icon at the top left isn't responding. The tools icon next to the minimize button is also not working. I have re-installed it twice. I have updated Internet Explorer. I have updated my windows updater. IDK WHAT ELSE TO DO! PLEASE HELP ASAP!
