Impossible to move , but only a part of the game.

Hello, first of all i'm french but the french forum is apparently locked so you can't open any subject there and the last one is from january. If i do somes grammatical errors i'm sorry.

I came here to report a bug i just got for the sixth or seventh time. When i go in game, randomly (even i didn't got that bug lately), i can move for the first 3 minutes then i'm locked down and i can't use spells, i can't speak... So most of the time i'm in my lane behind my adc (i will take my last game for exemple) and suddenly i can't move. It's fine when the laning face is peacefull but when you get engage ,and you can't move or attack, it's a bit more annoying. After between six and ten minutes (if i didn't die) i can move again and play, but most of the time i die because we get engaged and i get behind from not been able to get any xp. As the game continue i'm always locked again after one or two minutes at playing. The point is that i see all of what is appening and i can read when people talk to me but i can't move or replie. If i quit the game and relog the bug won't go away. And at the end of the matchi always got reported as afk by leave buster. I do know i'm not the only one getting this because month ago when i first got it somes youtubers got it too. I think keyori talked about it in one of his video. Thanks for reading this.
