[Gameplay] Darius' passive bug with Conqueror keystone

Hello Summoners and Rioters.

There is currently a bug on live servers (I don't know if this has been fixed on PBE, but I don't think it has) with Darius' passive and Conqueror keystone.

Basically the problem is, if you have 4 stacks in Conqueror and attack an enemy champion who doesn't have passive stacks on him, your passive won't proc the true damage from the keystone, but if the enemy champions has 1 or more stacks of your passive and you attack him when you have 4 stacks on Conqueror keystone, the keystone will apply the true damage from your passive damage (20% of your passive damage will be dealt as true). This is a huge bug in my opinion and if fixed would result in much better experience for Darius players.

i think it's intended. I've reported the same thing for Illaoi a million of times and it didn't get fixed which means it has to be intended.

Basically if Illaoi W-s while she's at 4 stacks, if she doesn't attack again her Tentacles will never proc the true damage, even if they attack because of her E.

Same thing may happen with other champs too, teemo etc...
