Free champion rotation bugged

So yesterday I played some graves b/c he was free.

Well today, I decided to play some more graves. I get into champion select, I dont see graves anywhere... I also notice, that i am able to play champions i dont own like rumble, and ivern.

Was this intentional, or was it some random bug?

Champ rotation changes every Wednesday at 12:00 am PST

same thing happened to me. did anyone on your team want to play those champs? atleast hover over them?
