i was the yorick to that game and i was just doing normal stuff and after the game i at the damage done i was like WHAT!!?!?!? how did it happen?

The way Yorick's ultimate makes the clone expire is that when the duration is up, it deals 100K true damage to it. That damage, though not dealt to an enemy, is counted in his damage total.
