Game glitched or bug with update

Whenever I join a game, I am not able to open the shop. Whenever I open the shop my character stats pop up then if i click the shop again it goes away. Anyways i'm not able to buy any items and i have tried several times changing the hotkeys/shortcuts and reinstalling League. ( I have not joined an online match to see if this happens, but it happens to me in a custom match.) This affects me on; summoners rift, the ARAM map, and domination.
