Akali bugs

Well, just so everyone knows, it seems the new Akali RW on PBE has a bug on the Q. Even at max rank it still costs 100 energy to cast vs the supposed 80. This is my first initial observation when it comes to bugs. Will post more if I see them,

Striker Akali E has a FX glitch and has a slightly transparent rectangle box around the projectile that gets smaller as it travels. Hit box maybe? Not entirely sure as to what it is.
