[GAMEPLAY]- Katarina can't use Q and R

It happened in this game http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/1812859646/226271717?tab=builds Everything was fine until about midgame, around the time I bought Luden's Echo or a Blasting Wand, I'm not sure. After that, I went to lane and could not use my Q or R. This has happened before and last time, I could not Back (B) either. I did not try backing this time.

This actually happened to me once before as well! I've played Kat a lot and it's only happened once out of all the times I've played. I'm not sure what caused it honestly.

Just going to throw this in here. The bug also prevents you from using Hydra. Not sure about other item actives, but they probably wouldn't work either.
