[GAMEPLAY] Bug ??

I have seen a "bug" on Leblanc, at the beggining of the game when walls block the team, If Leblanc pick his W and do W on this wall, Leblanc is locked in animation of shifting until the wall disappears. I don't now if it's a bug but i signal that if it's a bug. Sorry i am not an English man so I do little mistakes sorry. And for finish, i have did my application on the PBE and I still have not received my admission :( Can you put me in please ?? My Username is CoookieSW. Thank you and have a good day !!
