I used my own money that i saved up to buy rp, i purchase the thresh skin then in game it does not show up, in champ select it says locked, please HELP [slayer-jinx-unamused]

that feels like kind of a huge fuck you to people that already bought the skin, i mean it's like we pre ordered it and aren't getting any sort of ward like idk a mystery skin or something

It was disabled just minutes ago due to a game-impacting bug. Your purchase went through properly, just wait for him to be re-enabled.

Sorry about this! There was a bug that was severely impacting gameplay - particularly those for the enemy team, which is why the skin was disabled. You still own the content, it's just not able to be equipped in game at the moment. We've had a group of Rioters who have been working throughout the weekend to resolve the bug, and we're in the process of verifying a fix for the issue.

I must say that it feels really shitty not to be able to use the skin I bought for (at least) half a week, and constantly get reminded about it everytime I open league (the login screen).

This was the only skin I had been really excited about for a long time: I loved the theme, and Thresh being one of my favourite champions, it was pretty much the perfect skin for me.

It would be at least nice to have the service status say something like "We apologise for the inconvenience".
