[GAMEPLAY] Tahm Kench W (Devour) targetting minions when "Target Champions Only" hotkey is pressed

While holding the hotkey to make you target champions only, if you try to use Devour on a minion or monster it will completely ignore the "Target Champions Only" and Devour the minion anyway. While the hotkey is pressed, the cursor works fine and shows that I can't target the minion with auto-attacks. This bug makes Tahm lose a lot of fights that he could have won. Please fix this. Thank you.

1. Play Tahm Kench.
2. Press the "Target Champions Only" hotkey.
3. Attempt to Devour a minion or monster while the hotkey is pressed.
4. Devour will work even though it should ignore minions and monsters while the hotkey is pressed.
