thresh and spoils of war
Am i the only one who have noticed that 
dosen't work correct on 
it only works for me when i last hit a minion. but it never just executes minions with about 200 hp like it is supposed to.

Oh dear god....
The executes damage is for MELEE only. Thresh auto attacks are RANGE. The only way you can use it effect is if you last hit normally.
Execute is melee only.
Thresh is ranged.
Gold is shared if you kill a minion through any source of damage.
The tooltips is quite explicit about how it functions. I'll even quote it below:
Unique – Spoils of War: Melee autoattacks execute minions below 200 health. Killing a minion by any means heals you and the nearest allied champion for 40 health and grants them kill gold.
Notice the bolded section IMMEDIATELY after the passive's name? Do you see how the very first word in the description is "melee"?
This thread has been getting posted at least twice a week for years. You couldn't be bothered to spend 15 seconds Googling it before posting your own thread?
tl;dr Read the bloody tooltip.
Thresh is a ranged champion so he does not proc the relic shield execution damage.
It's not supposed to work on thresh....
