[Gameplay] Audio bug, bluetooth
Whenever I start a game with bluetooth headphones, the audio sounds extremely distorted and crackles. When I turn the headphones off, the audio comes over my speakers as the same exact way. But if I start the game without any headphones connected, the game audio will come over my speakers just fine, no errors.
I keep seeing this happening to a million other Mac users all the way back to, like, 2016. Why hasn't this been fixed? It used to be happening to me every once in awhile (and I could fix it by just disconnecting my headphones, and it'd come over speakers just fine), but now it's every single game I am in. Every. Single. One. It gets to a point where I just shut the audio off completely, but then I feel completely shut off from the game and it starts to affect my gameplay because I don't hear the cue's from abilities and etc. Also, no headphones = no voice = no team play communication = lost games.
There seems to be no fix for this on my side, other than exiting the game and the client, disconnecting my bluetooth headphones, restarting the game, and playing over speakers. Sometimes I just have to restart my entire computer to attempt to give the fix a shot. I've even reset my PRAM and my SMC. But without the headphones, I cannot use voice chat, so it's almost like I just shouldn't even log on to play bc I cannot participate in anything accurately.
I would attach my log files from Hextech Repair, but you've seemingly left that option unavailable.
