Remake not working as stated.

So I played a game of league. I was unlucky enough to get paired up with a troll who intentionally ran mid and died over and over. Which sucks! Not wanting to waste time our team agreed to "open mid" to allow the game to end as quickly as possible. No one in the game was AFK, and all players bought items and actively left base. So I realized that we did not qualify for "remake". As stated here. "UPDATED: A first blood against a player’s team before they leave/dc prevents a remake vote". So I sat next to my teams blue buff and chatted in global waiting for the nightmare to end. But at three minutes the Remake option appeared despite me knowing it should not! Excited I quickly clicked it. As soon as the game ended I was notified that I was being punished by leaverbuster and would lose lp. So now I have to wait 20 minutes between games. This is not justified in anyway.
