Uninstalling League

So I have a Korean account and I occasionally switch when I get tired of NA ranked and level up my Korean smurf. But now, whenever I try to uninstall league it says, "This action is only valid for products that are currently installed" when its clearly still there. So I have tried to reinstall league and use these regedit manual deleting things but so far nothing has worked. Any fixes for this problem on windows 8?

Did you try using the repair feature first then uninstalling?

same thing i tried to repair TWICE then i exited it and now it says" failed to launch RADS\system\rads_user_kernel.exe" like i searched every where in YouTube internet and friends but no help at all please help i really wanna play league i haven't played for a week ;-;. and help will be great
