Vlad Tides of Blood Bug [GAMEPLAY]

While playing as Vlad against a Teemo in ARAM I discovered that Vlads Tides of Blood ability can hit invisible enemies. Teemo was completely invisible and when I used the ability, the animation gave away the fact that Teemo was there. I haven't tested this against other invis. champs, but it seems like a bug because without any vision at all I was able to damage the invisible champ with an ability that wasn't a skill shot.

This is not a bug, Vlad's E is intended to hut any enemy unit within the area of the cast. It works on any invisible units and only fails when the enemy champion is untargetable.
