Just right now I bought 
to play with him. After I had bought him I went into team builder and invited a friend to play with me. I picked 
at first, but then decided to play my new champion. I checked for him, searched for him and everything but nothing came up. I looked in my purchases to check if I bought him, and it says I did. I have now wasted 3150 IP on a champion that I do not have.
Sending a Player Support ticket in would definitely be the fastest avenue to getting a resolution! I'm personally not sure what happened here but your Urgot is in there, somewhere, lost in the matrix... we will find him and bring him back to you.
i think sometimes if you purchase a champ while in a game lobby it won't show up until your next one so your best bet is to remake the lobby but if this doesn't work then riot will fix it i guess xD
The problem seems to be that you were trying to play Urgot.
