After this new patch 9.21 every game my fps drops from 60 to 5-10 for like 2 seconds and after 30 seconds same thing happens i have updated my drivers,repatched,reinstalled game and i still have this problem and i still dont know how to fix it.Any solutions?
Have the same problem after last patch ,never had this befor . Every 2min my frames drop to 20fps for 3sec . I tryed every thing to fix it
After this patch its even worse now..

I get frame drops plus packet loss, so sadly since it's from Riot's side the ms is misleading. There is no way that I can rubberband at 9-13ms. Fix your game Riot, absolutely unplayable.
I'm having a similar problem, every single game my FPS drops to literally 0 for like 1 or even 2 minutes. And then everything goes back to normal. I also asked the support team and after sending the logs and everything else they asked for, they told me that is because of my dual-core CPU, the game is not really well optimized for dual-core, or something like that. They also said that they are working to fix it, but since I've had this issue for like 2 months, my expectations are not really high.

Same here I asked the support team and they have done so many checks but I only got it after that last patch. Never had any FPS drops before not even on my old outdated pc. I was capped at 144 for 2 years I think now capped at 60 it goes to 30 or less every minute.
I have exactly the same Problem since yesterday, i have a new gaming Laptop and never had Problems with playing League of Legends but since yesterday i have FPS Drops for 2 seconds, the whole game freezes. I cannot Play rankeds like this. In Aram everything is fine. I even tried to Play on the lowest graphic Settings and the Problem was the same.
I have an same problem here when in 10min ingame it was 33 fps but i was capped at 75 fps also like few years ago i dont know this patch make the client more lags and freeze.i hope the support team will find to solved this problem.
My game goes from 140 fps to 00 or 01 fps every two seconds and it's painful... Riot fix this.

same problem here... asked riot about it and this was theyr answer -
"Thank you for your patience - unfortunately, we've found that machines running on Dual Core CPUs are currently encountering issues with League, and are looking into it along with the devs. Until this is resolved within a future patch, there's not a whole lot you can do on your end :/"
so i guess theres not much we The Players can do... just to wait and to hope that riot will actualy fix Leauge.
fps usually 180 with medium settings, drops to 78 for 2 seconds after every 2 minutes. Fix
