no chest after s rank

new account, it says i have 4 more chests to obtain by getting s- or high, i got one recently with a different champ, and it has been 2 since i got my first chest, im confused, i did some reading around and i found a lot of hate on riot saying the dont care, id like to know an unbiased opinion, how high is this bug on riots priority list?

i was happy that there was an incentive to do good in games, but i guess there inst cuz the rewards are bugged.,
