No Chests reward
It's has been months since I have gotten a chest. I now have over a dozen keys made...everything I read says there is no bug but I use to get chests far more often...this has to be broken.

I use to get chests far more often
It sounds like maybe you aren't 100% sure how you earn chests. Chests are guaranteed, but you have to meet all the requirements;
- You must not have earned a chest on that champion this season yet and you must own the champion.
- The ones from last season have reset now.
- You must be playing a mode in which you can earn Mastery points.
- You must earn an S-/S/S+ on that champion your premade ally earns an S-/S/S+.
- You earn it for the champion you are playing not your ally.
- You must have a chest available to earn.
- You can save up to 4 chest slots a month to earn from. If one isn't ready to earn you won't get anything even if you meet every other requirement.
