3v3 Bots still buy Blackfire Torch

I went into 3v3 Bots with two friends and on two different occasions the mage bots (Malzahar and Fiddle) both bought and used BlackFire Torch (A removed Item).

Its not game breaking, but bots hitting you with that item is too goofy. I'm sure it could also be misleading for newer players; as I was on my lvl 7 account when this happened.

Your history DOES NOT show them with the item, but it shows them having the build path, spending the gold, and a blank space where it should be. Sitting in a bot game for 25+ mins and they'll almost always buy it (I've yet to see them with Ludens Echo though).
