Honor System Broken

Been stuck at honor level 2 since the middle of last season and I really want my season rewards but I can't get them because of a 10 game chat restriction from 9 months ago? Can someone please check my account or something because this is really annoying that I work hard for my rank(Even though its only gold). I tee I will be a good summoner out on the rift*[poppy-wink]*

Your best bet would be to write a Support ticket or message them on Twitter.

It could be bugged, or you could be slightly negative, but just not negative enough to get a punishment. That being said, you'll progress through honor as long as you play non-negative games.
