What just happen to my promos O.o

I was just on a 5 game win streak and in promos i lost my first match and i got kicked out of promos im not sure how or why but it said that i failed and it was only my first loss can i get back into my promos with this being fixed or what this is really annoying and im sure its a bug because i know its always been lose 2 and your out or win 2 and your promoted

Did you dodge a match? Dodging in promos counts as a loss.

i lost internet when i was in Que but that shouldn't count...atleast it hasnt done that before
