[Client] Can't log on? 09/27/2014

So I was in champion select phase in a ranked game when I started lagging, I wasn't able to change summoner spells, I didn't see what champions players picked, etc. So then I logged off, restarted the client and now when I try logging in, an eternal Logging on... message appears, and I've restarted the client a few times and it keeps doing the same.

Am I the only one getting this?
