L.O.L Frozen loading screen on Windows 10 [ONLY SINCE UPDATE From 8 to 10]
I have been very frustrated with a recent "bug" ever since my update from Windows 8 to Windows 10.
I would, log in, start a game [Custom, for my test to reproduce the bug], select a champion, and let the game start up normally. The loading screen appears and my loading progress would be stuck in 0%. After 3-5 minutes, i can hear my champion spawning by the shop [STILL IN THE LOADING SCREEN AT 0%]. At this point, i could control my champion by randomly clicking on the screen. I can hear all the usual sound effects when i accidentally click on the shop or tap the "esc" button.
If i was to move my mouse to the edge of the screen, i would hear many sound effects passing by like normally. BUT, again, i can only see my frozen loading screen at, again, 0%.
Specs of my AlienWare 15 Laptop CPU: Intel i7-4710HQ Ram: 8GB GPU: GTX 970M
Intel HD 4600 Driver: 20.19.15.4312 Nvidia GTX 970M Driver: 364.72 [Updated after moving to Windows 10 and after discovering the issue with L.O.L]
Further information: I have tried google, to search with other with the same issues to help me resolve mine. I have only found people with the exact issue but with other games and not League Of Legends.
Most of their solutions were to update or uninstall and reinstall the NVidia/AMD Graphic driver. As you may see above, i have already tried that multiple times [2 Times] with no difference.
PS: This is my first report ever on any website. Please forgive my lack of informations if that is the case. And kindly request anything that is needed in order for me to return to my great times with League Of Legends again.
Cheers, NanoZilla.
Edit: Due to a mistake on my behalf, it may seem that i have posted this on the wrong section of the L.O.L Board. I will be reposting this on the "Help&Support" section. But will be keeping this here and will be checking this threat for replies regardless. Thank you.
