Problem with gifting skins

So, recently i had purchased RP, and currently i have 1502. When i attempted to purchase a skin for my friend that costs 1350 RP, it said that i didn't have enough RP for the purchase. So i got off of the gifting screen and went on to my own skin purchasing screen. I dragged my mouse over a skin of that same price and it read, " Unlock skin". Not entirely sure why this is happening.

I have also been experiencing the same issue. Both with random skins as well as the "choose your skin to gift" option.
