Extra Mouse Buttons Not Working Bug

So, I have found that if I plug in my mouse (Razer Taipan) anytime after the loading screen starts, then I cannot use any extra mouse buttons during any of the game. This includes the mouse 3 button (pressing the scroll wheel in, which I use to move my screen, making it a pretty annoying bug), mouse 4 (a button on the side of my mouse that I have set to item slot 5), and mouse 5 (a second button on the side of my mouse that I have set to item slot 6). The issue persists if try to unplug and replug my mouse, if I try to minimize and then maximize the game, or if I try both. Nothing I have tried brings these aspects of my mouse back to life :(

Pretty annoying issue, but I don't know how common it is. Thanks

It's most likely a formatting problem with your mouse rather than the game. I have a Logitech Daedalus and both the extra buttons when bounded in the in game keybinds work.
