Riven's Q resets her passive stacks [GAMEPLAY]

When using Riven's Q, all is well until you press it the 3rd time. She's pounds the ground alright, but loses all of her stacks from her passive.

Steps:

1. Use Riven's Q twice. Notice the 2 stacks on her passive.
2. Use Riven's Q a third time. Notice her stacks have disappeared. Frequency: 10/10 Not sure if this is intended.
