windows 10 start button wont work after playing league of legends

Hi,

This bug happens about half of the time. After I play a game of league of legends, the start button wont work, and the research bar is not responding. Everything else seems to be fine and I dont experience any slow down of my computer.

My computer runs an upgraded version of windows 10 from windows 7.

It's Windows not league. The tool bar will stop working at points until restart. Mine happens after I come off sleep mode.
