Ok, first thing, I submitted a ticket yesterday about the next problemI'll tellyou about, but the ticket isn't in myticket history, not even the fact I submitted it,so that is that1.

Second thing, the reason for the ticket. I got 2 skins using OE, neither of them are inmycollection. What gives?
