As Janna I placed a ZZrot in the top lane bush near blue side secondary tower and as I clicked to path away, I would start walking in the correct direction, however once I clicked another direction I would instantly be teleported back to my zz rot. It looks like you are stuck between the wall and the Zzrot. The walking away is a client side "optimistic" animation, and the "jump" is a sync with the server, forcing you back. Still a bug, though.
