VI's Q

I was playing a game as Vi against yasou and ali. Everything was working fine until yasou and ali started chasing me, I tried to use the q right when I died/ right when yasou ulted me, and when i responded my q would work. I tried using different hotkeys, I tried alt-tab. Nothing brought it back all game. It kept making a sound when i clicked q like it wasnt ready.

Im not sure if this is a Vi bug, or my client, but hopefully it doesnt happen again.
