Jhin 4th Auto Bug

this only started for me 2 days ago. it happened the first time 2 days ago then one time yesterday. what seems to be happening is when i have my 4th shot ready and i start the animation to fire it at a champion if they go out of vision as the animation starts the auto will cancel itself which is fine. but thats not all. it roots you. you cannot move or input commands as far as ive been able to tell. it seems to be a rare occurence as its only happened to me twice in 200k+ mastery points. but both of those times were within 2 days of eachother.

EDIT : this i believe both times happened while using the dark cosmic jhin skin.
