[GAMEPLAY] Towers hit delay 3v3

I noticed that some 3v3 towers don't respect the hit timing of the graphic hit! Minions take damage with delay so it becomes very hard to last hit minions under those towers. MAybe outer turrets are ok, maybe the problem is with internal turrets. This happens 100% times... Thank you...
