Low Priority Queue Even After Rejoining

Hey Riot, so I get d/c cause of my internet/servers and I rejoin for essentially the whole game...and I find myself with a low priority timer after the game???? I'm not asking to forgive the loss or anything but could you at least remove the timer consider I restarted my computer and was in the game for the majority of the game? I was in for well over 5 minutes (at least 20) and still I somehow get a 20 minute timer for "leaving" the game?
