Ryze banshee's veil bug

Every time Ryze e comes back to you, it disables banshee's veil like it's an enemy spell. You cast it on an enemy, then it bounces to you along with enemies, and it disable banshee's veil for its cool down. I have added a video where at the start it happens, and also at 53ish seconds. I hope this gets resolved soon :) Btw, this also happens on summoner's rift, I just posted the video on tt because you get gold faster
