Unresponsiveness

Well since patch 9.18 my game has been really unresponsive. I have 50 ping and it takes a certain delay to make things happen (small but noticeable). when farming, minions die and gold shows a bit later, movement is as if i had 100 ping and i had a game where the game would just randomly freeze for a second without dropping under 150+ fps or going higher than the usual ping. I dont think the problem is from the last windows big update (september 10th or 11th, 2019).

Did anyone feel the same or does anyone know how to solve the problem? ive tried everything, just cannot roll back the windows update cuz i deleted the older one by accident when cleaning my drive.

I'm having the same problem. I've been experiencing lag spikes throughout the game and it happens every minute or so, this has never happened in the past and it started to happen just yesterday. I've checked with my internet provider and they ran tests and I also ran my own tests and everything is fine. When I get into game I ping is at 50ms and frame rate at around 240. And from that point on I would get random lag spikes every minute or so. My screen would freeze but I can still move my mouse and then unfreeze and the ping would slowly drop down from 400-500ms. It occurs that I am not the only one effected because one of my teammates has the same issue.
