Bug with Project skins

Hi all , iam here to tell u one thing. one of latest patches u could buy a box where u can open 1 of project skins . i did everything fine. i get Project Lucian skin , but then i needed to press "LOOT" the game [ Accept/Decline] Started and i pressed Accept and now i dont have skin :'(. sorry for my bad english.
