Game DCs everytime

at about 8 to 9 minute mark, the game suddenly disconnects and does this for around 1 min or so. this has been happening alot lately. I guess particularly after the patch update. RIOT needs to do something about this. way too much suffered with this now.

For me, the game just bombs at precisely around the 20 minute mark about 30% of games. No bugsplat, no "This has stopped functioning" from windows.

Just an Event Viewer item and I have to reconnect.
