Low Priority Que abuse?

Hello, I do not play much of LOL but I do know that twice in a row I have been forced in the low priority cue. Is it a bug or just abuse? I have good connection and I do not go AFK in game. Is it something else? Please help!

Riots leaver buster has grown sentient, trying to understand why it does anything is a mystery. even if it busts you for no reason Riot wont do anything about it.

You're getting busted in advance. It knows that you'll eventually AFK or DC a match.
